Andrew Reid
Senior Technology Consultant

An experienced IT Director with over 30 years developing, managing, and leading technical functions for organizations such as Siemens, Credit Suisse, Barclays Capital, and Deutsche Bank. Andrew has a proven track record developing & implementing both regional and global solutions, commercial contracts / outsourcing and has an extensive understanding of Technology Management gained through years of hand- on responsibility for; Programme Management (Agile & Waterfall), Networks, Hosting, Desktop, Service Management, Application Development. Most recently Andrew has been instrumental in; negotiating Transition Service Agreements / Commercial Arrangements for the divestitures for organisations such as Direct Line Insurance Group, outsourcing of HMRC’s Technology Services, Implementation of a Request for Service Quoting System for Inchcape IT, implementation of commercial agreements for WPP & Kantar and Service Designs for Vodafone.

He has a proven track record of leading large enterprise deals, developing strategic business models, and driving high-value contract negotiations in international markets.
An alumnus of IIM Mumbai with a background in Information Technology, Santosh combines technical expertise with commercial insight to deliver value-driven outcomes for clients and stakeholders.

Mike Thomsett
Director, Procurement

Mike is a senior procurement leader of 20+ years. Mike started his career at Tesco in both finance and procurement, delivering strategic category change and improving the profit line by over £100m, across multiple categories and 14 countries, leading hundreds of procurement professionals in delivering sustainable results. Since Tesco Mike has held positions in a number of FTSE10, Government and Banking organisations before joining Lifecycle Sourcing and is frequently utilised to deliver procurement transformation, strategic category management and supplier management. Mike has a long standing history in developing successful procurement leaders and is intensely passionate about this.

Rio-Lily Smith

Whilst studying for her Undergraduate degree in Business Management and Human Resources, Rio also completed her Level 5 CIPD and Level 5 CMI qualifications at University. Since her graduation in 2022, Rio joined Lifecycle Academy and completed a full-time training bootcamp over the course of three months and has since completed her Level 4 & 5 CIPS qualifications, and is on track to achieve her Level 6 in the coming months. She has been managing and supporting various projects in her first eighteen months at Lifecycle, working with clients in the Software and Media sector.

Yusuf Naim

Yusuf graduated from the University of Southampton in 2023, attaining Upper Second-Class Honours in BSc Economics. During his time at University Yusuf was the President of the Economics Society and Head of Competition at the Boxing society which helped him develop strong organizational and interpersonal skills which has translated into his role at Lifecycle Sourcing. Since joining Lifecycle Sourcing in 2024, Yusuf has been working with clients to review legal contracts, price books and gathering economic data.

With over three years of experience supporting clients—primarily in the retail sector—she has worked across a diverse range of procurement categories. Faye has achieved CIPS Levels 4 and 5 and is currently pursuing Level 6, demonstrating her commitment to continuous professional development and excellence in strategic sourcing.

Jack Smith

Jack became a member of the Lifecycle team in June 2022 subsequent to his graduation from Newcastle University, where he earned his Master’s in Mathematics. He is presently dedicated to advancing his professional qualifications by pursuing CIPS Level 6 accreditation, having already successfully completed Levels 4 and 5 within his first eighteen months at the company. In addition to his commitment to professional development, Jack has actively contributed to various client projects, delivering data analysis and interpretation to support both cost management programmes and contract performance measures. Furthermore, he has played a key role in an internal software development programme, overseeing external developers, and aiding in the design of user interfaces and data architecture.

Darelle Stewart

During this time, he developed strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills, which have proven highly transferable in his transition into project management. Since joining, he has contributed to a number of client projects within the retail and consumer goods sectors, supporting the delivery of outcomes aligned to business objectives. As a certified Agile Practitioner (Foundation and Practitioner), Darelle applies modern project delivery techniques to lead teams, manage complexity, and ensure progress against key milestones.”

Jullie Topiwala

Jullie is an accomplished Procurement and Project Management professional with over 20 years of experience across the public sector and financial services industry. She brings a proven track record of successfully delivering major sourcing projects and transformation programmes.
Her extensive procurement expertise includes tender drafting, process management, evaluation criteria development, supplier bid assessment, commercial negotiations, and contract management. In addition to her procurement expertise, Jullie has played key roles in supporting large-scale programmes through RAID management, governance frameworks, stakeholder management, reporting and management information (MI) development, as well as the design and implementation of processes and systems.
She is also experienced in delivering training and coaching to drive adoption and operational excellence.
