Ray is an experienced international leader in the procurement of complex technology solutions, has advised on procurement organisation transformations, and is regularly hired to navigate through complex disputes. Ray started Lifecycle Sourcing in 2012 and the business has gone from strength to strength with clients in the Government, Logistics, Finance and Media sectors, to name but a few.

Laurence leads our Procurement practice and has over 25+ years experience, including CPO roles at Travelex and Cable & Wireless International. He has in depth knowledge of managing high performing teams and managing complex and high value procurement projects. Laurence has specialist knowledge of the IT, Financial Services and Telco portfolios, with in depth expertise in the Insourcing and Outsourcing space.  Previous client engagements include the Cabinet Office, Bank of England, Vodafone, Royal Mail and Kantar.

Payge is a certified chartered accountant, with experience across financial management, commercialisation and transformation of large complex organisations. Payge previously worked in industry, supporting project delivery of large transformation programmes such as service management insourcing, ServiceNow migration, cost optimisation activities and centralisation of people and services. With experience across Professional Services, Oil & Gas and Media, Payge has since focused her career on technology services for the past 5 years including the support and negotiation large RFPs such as cloud migration services and Microsoft Enterprise Agreements.

Saurabh is an accomplished IT and business transformation leader with a proven record of delivering large-scale initiatives across industries and geographies. He has led the design and implementation of IT Operating Models, Service Catalogues, and SIAM practices, driving greater efficiency, reducing costs, and strengthening vendor ecosystems.

Skilled at translating complex business requirements into practical service solutions and enterprise architectures, Saurabh works closely with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Known for his collaborative leadership style, clear communication, and ability to deliver sustainable change, he is recognized as a trusted advisor in achieving business transformation goals.
